Returning Player Registration is now closed.  If you missed the deadline, please contact your age director.  All players that register after the deadline are subject to a $50 late fee.  Players who do not contact their age director by June 15th will be released and have to return to the waitlist.

For those that will be paying by check or cash, please print the following forms and bring with you to one of the registration sessions. 

Registration is open to returning members in good standing. New members are added pursuant to the procedures outlined in the FHA bylaws and policies which may be viewed on FHA website.

FHA will not be raising its registration fees for the 2008-2009 season.  For all Tier/Trave & C470 players, $780 is due at registration June 1-8, with the balance due on September 15th.  For all U8 players, the full amount (listed below) is due at registration June 1-8. 

All players not registered and paid by June 8th will be returned to the waitlist.  Players not paid in full by September 15th will not be allowed on the ice.

In addition to registration Fees, FHA will be collecting Tryout fees during the registration period.  Players will be asked to commit to the level they wish to try out for and pay for the tryout at that level.  If a player pays for a higher level and then participates in a lower level tryout, there will be no refunds.  If a player commits to a lower level tryout and then changes his/her mind, they may pay the additional fee and change their commitment.  No player will be allowed to participate in tryouts if they have not registered and paid the tryout fee.  See tryout section for further information.

Families are still required to volunteer/work at our tournaments. Required hours are calculated on a per player basis. All families are required to work 1 shift and pay $25. If you volunteer for 3 or more shifts, the $25 fee will be waived.

C470/House - 2 teams

2000 and younger - FHA has voted to obtain new jersey's for the 8 & Under program.  The jersey's will resemble the current jersey's, but will be screen print, rather than tack twill.  The cost of each jersey is $50.  See photo below.

1999 Players - you will be required to order two new jersey's (one home, one away).  You will most likely need to be sized, however, you will be given the choice to order online if you so choose.

1998 Players and older - if you need a new jersey, you will be able to order the jersey online if you know the size.  If you do not know the size, you will need to attend one of the walk-in registration dates to get sized.
